ordering + shipping

Online ordering is fast and secure. We accept Visa or Mastercard, Paypal (send to jody@livingwells.ca), Interact Email Transfers, money orders, cashier's checks and personal or business checks (British Columbia only, and we will ship after the check clears in 10 days). Most people from other countries use Paypal as the preferred payment method because currency exchange is automatic and you can send your payment to our email address jody@livingwells.ca safely and securely. For email, telephone and mail orders You can also call speak to us directly or leave a message at (250) 851-9355. Please speak slowly and clearly. If you want to order by mail, please fill out and print our online order form and mail with payment.

We ship to all provinces by Canada Post Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Contact us or indicate in a "special handling request " message with your order if you need your order sooner, or by a certain later date. EXPRESS POST is also available beginning at an additional $18.00. It is overnight to some Canadian addresses, and 2 days to all other postal codes. Please call us if you would like this service. Please write to us at jody@livingwells.ca if you would prefer another type of delivery service, or want to ship outside of Canada. For international orders, please email us your order with billing and shipping address for a shipping quote.

You will receive an email after your order has been processed. Most in-stock items will ship within 3-7 days. Priority mail usually takes 2-4 days but can take longer. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Write a note in the "special handling instructions" message area of the order form if you need your order by a sooner or later date. We will also send you an email after your order has been shipped so you know to expect it soon. Shipping and handling are actual costs based on weight and physical size of the order, packaging and freight.

If your order will be shipped to a different address as a recipient gift, a hand written note can be enclosed free of charge. Gift wrapping service is available for $9 per boxed item/set. (Packaging Options) Write what you would like it to say in a "special handling request" with your order .
